One of the challenges of setting up the new system for the Animal Teacher Handout (ATH) is that there are about a hundred different animals with not quite as many different owners. Each animal will get their own ATH conversation page.
Yesterday conversations were established for a half dozen members and one of their animals.

Work continues behind the scenes to get a special members only page set up so you can see all the active members’s animals with a direct connection link to the animal’s specific discussion on the Forum.

There are still system bits to sort out such as including the animal’s image within the discussion post, getting access to the new ATH page and making sure the links go to all the correct places all while things continue to move mostly forward.

There will be more discussions added which mean that other topics will scroll to the next page of the Forum. They have not gone away.

Looking for a specific pet discussion? You can always use the SEARCH THE FORUM box to type in a part of the discussion topic of interest (and similar topics will also be displayed) in a list from which you can choose one or more discussion in which to participate. Should we go crazy and load many discussions at once, I’ll make a comment in the recent discussions to move them back above the bulk added ATH discussions so you can find them.

The button in the right column “DOWNLOAD THE ANIMAL TEACHER HANDOUT” will now take you to the new ATH page. If you want to print the page, most browsers support CONTROL-P or equivalent.

NOTE: This page is still a work in process and not all members nor animals are posted. Also, not all animals have their own discussion within the Forum but we are working on that a few at a time so as not to overwhelm the FORUM list.

As with any new systems there are many pieces: regular, challenges and the unexpected. It will all be worth it.

We are excited to see you are already into discussion with additional animals. Practice always helps to grow your skills, improve your confidence and abilities.

Look for the Animal Teachers page in the menu (left column) and check it out!

When I pressed the red All Animal Teachers button (between Talk to Serenity and Members), I didn’t see the ATH screens. What I saw was many screens about the levels of membership.

However, after getting into the Forums groups, the red button labeled Work With Your Animal Teachers (all u-c letters) brought me to the screens with instructions and ATH photos.

Sorry for the unnecessary posting. I pressed Edit and erased it, but then I checked and saw that it wasn’t erased.

Thanks for pointing this out, Carol.
Yes, that red button “All Animal Teachers” on the right side of the pages prior to entering the Forum is confusing. We’ll get that sorted out.

Notice that there is now available in the left menu the option of “Animal Teachers” that will take you directly to the Animal Teacher Handout (ATH) in addition to the in Forum right side menu red button “Work with Your Animal Teachers” .
