Working on developing your intuition? Try these intuition development exercises to improve your senses!

My favorite kind of students are those who are willing to explore different intuitive concepts and ask questions, who are eager to discover what they don’t know yet, and who show up wanting to be better animal communicators.

They have a positive “can do” mindset, because they know they just need to learn what they don’t know yet…

And so they do!!

Because that’s what the Heart School of Animal Communication® is all about, guiding animal talk students to develop ALL their intuitive abilities and senses.

Like Rosemary discovered when she was working to improve her intuitive abilities and senses, which turned into a profound “epiphany” light bulb moment.

A little backstory first:

One of our many Heart School of Animal Communication® and Animal Talk Coaching & Mastery Club ‘Intuition Development Exercises’ created especially for animal communication students is affectionately called “What’s in the Box”.

The setup is to have someone put an object in a box and wrap it up like a gift, so that you don’t know what’s in there.

Your job is to sense, or ‘intuit’, what’s inside the box, using your “clairs” and energy focus.

Then you open it up and compare what you intuited with what’s in the box.

She’d been working at it, but feeling a bit frustrated.

She was trying to “sense” what was inside the box, desperately hoping she could just feel it, somehow.

And not having much success.

Then, her intuitive guidance spoke to her and said, “TRY MOVING YOUR ENERGY INTO THE BOX”.

And so she shifted her focus and did it.

Eureka! It worked!!! 😁

NOW she can sense from INSIDE the box!

She can feel the shapes and textures of what’s in there, she receives the colors, the size, what it’s made of, and so much more.

You may be thinking, what does this have to do with intuition development and animal communication?

Ah ha! That’s another good question.

When you can sense inside the animal (or tree or plant or fish or bird or…), you can feel what they feel.

Know what they know.

Sense what they sense.

You literally become one with them using many of your “clairs” going way beyond the basic ones.

You can track and feel their pain, sense their various body parts, life essence, and the health of the different physical systems, track the flow of energy inside and around their body.

You can check the chakras and meridians and wei qi flows.

Find blockages and inflammation, hot spots, lumpy bumps.

This is a very useful skill to have, especially for healers AND animal communicators.

It’s the main one I use when I do medical intuitive body scanning.

Consider that if the animal has a hairline fracture in a bone, or abscess in a tooth (or hoof), you can find it and know where it is, how it feels, how bad it is, and so much more.

If they say “I hurt”, you can ask them about the pain to find out more about that and what they can tell you that they’re aware of.

If you can sense a problem area that they didn’t tell you about (yet)?

Ask them about it.

This means you can tune in, go deeper, know where it’s coming from, how bad it is, and so much more.

But wait, there’s more – check out these incredible things you can do with your intuition! 😉

As a healer with this developed sensing ability, you are guided to the right areas to work on, you can see/sense what’s going on in those areas, and you can even sense (track) the changes you’re making as you are intuitively guided doing your healing work.

Another very interesting thing is, as you gently explore their body mind and spirit using your intuitive abilities and medical intuitive body scan techniques, it’s likely that they will begin to feel better too.

You can also sense what’s in food or a drink, or supplement, and know if it’s good for you (or your pet), or not so good.

You can sense what’s in a cabinet or drawer, or find something hidden.

Cool, right?
