Meditation frequency music, heart wisdom love meditation, quiet still mind meditations. Meditated while tending to my plants outside.2. Animal Communication?
I talked with the queen of an ant colony that has been fast moving into a part of the siding on my house. I learned from her that there are not many places where her colony can live because all the neighbors use poison on their yards and I keep chasing them away when they build a mound in the middle of the yard where the pups go. So, I felt bad for them and negotiated an agreement with her. I agreed that as long as they do not work their way inside the house or cause any damage, promise to stay in between the outer siding and the inner wood boards, and promised not to hurt the pups, us, or the lizards and birds, then they could live there for now. She agreed. I felt her gratitude and appreciation for my understanding. She understands that if her colony doesn’t keep their promises, they could get evicted and I really hope that doesn’t happen. She again agreed. ❤️I also checked in with LeBeau to make sure he is still doing okay. I did a body scan and I didn’t see any issues in his body. When I asked how he was feeling, he got very playful and licked my chin. He told me again that he was just fine. 🙂 Momma just likes to make sure. LOL He has made a lot of changes lately, so I just want to make sure all is still well. 🥰 ❤️
3. Gratitude?
I am grateful for everything I have learned this week. I am grateful for my continued AC growth. I am grateful to Val and my work friend for both sending me the same message at the same time about how I need to believe more in myself and my abilities. That is what you call divine intervention messaging! 😄4. Questions/discoveries?
I am learning more about myself from my human design chart and what makes me, me. I am amazed at what I have learned so far. It is helping to answer so many questions I have had about myself. I learned where my energy has been misaligned, causing digestive issues most of my life and now see why every pup I have had in my adult life also had digestive issues. Apparently, my pups have all tried to take on my pain and digestive upset into themselves, to help me. Warms my heart that they all wanted to do that but opened my eyes so that I can now fix my own issues and prevent them from even having a worry at all about it. 🙂 I know Val teaches us that health issues oftentimes stem from chakra imbalances and internal conflict of an energetic/spiritual nature, and she is SO right. While I believed that, I didn’t really understand how that worked until now, how it is all tied to our energy, and we CAN fix it! We can heal ourselves if we do it right.5. FAT communication?
I didn’t this week, but my first chat last week was so fun, I will have to check in with her again very soon. 🙂6. Intuition Development?
I am studying my human design chart to learn how I am “designed”. Since I have been tuning in to my inner voice these past few months, I know my intuition led me to this research so I can see who I really am, on the inside. Not who I was conditioned to be by outside influences – culture, upbringing, etc. I am deep into “knowing thyself” right now and it is fascinating.(Woo hoo, Lucia, the emojis are back! LOL! 🥳🤗)

1. Meditations
I do the breathing ex. twice a day- am pm before going to sleep, I also do centering prayer.2. Animal Comm.
I talked to a dog who had his head out the window in the car next to me as I was stopped at the stop light. I told him it was dangerous, he could get things in his eyes or get hit by something going by. He moved his head in but then stuck it out again after I went by.3. Gratitude
My daughter and family had a lovely Mother’s Day dinner for me. I enjoyed my time with them. My son, who lives out of town called me on the phone.4. Questions
This weekend was our kennel club dog show. I worked both days. I talked to many dogs at the show but did not receive any answers from them which is so frustrating for me that I can not do this.5. FAT Estella
I was not able to do the class this week since I was working at our dog show Sat. and Sun.6, Intuition

Platinum Member1.) Meditation: What meditations did you do this week? Use the Meditation Module for guidance. I meditated during the club call over the weekend, meditations I did privately with Val years back, also with plants and Nature, my cats and artwork, and Hunter.
2.)Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice. I talked with Estella and Lucia reported a lot of accuracy. I talked with my cats, Hunter, and Ben. I also talked with two client dogs. I connected with the dog of a client’s friend as well.
3.) Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week. My cats. Hunter. Ben. Nature. Colored pencils and sketchbook paper that are toxin free. Other good things.
4.)Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication? Animals tell it how it is.

Platinum MemberFor intuition- I forgot something: one day I was listening to music and intuitively I got that “A Little More Love” was going to be the next song and it was! I also was thinking about Mark Barry, someone from the band BB Mak, and the next song was a song his group sang!

I have been doing a silent grounding meditation every morning which I think has been helping me sleep. Also chanting and silent mindfulness meditation. Also some of Val’s guided meditations.
Animal Communication: I had a wonderful moment with Elsa when I was struggling on the FAT call to connect. i looked at her photograph and she just shone light at me from her heart chakra.
Gratitude: I’m so grateful for Val talking to Elsa about the nail cutting – we’ll see what happens when I try again this weekedn.
Questions/Discoveries: I had a realisation: don’t be afraid of difficult moments – sit with them and feel into them honestly and they will lead you forward.

Breathing exercises to calm the mind and body.
2. What is the name or species type of the being you practiced communicating with
The bees buzzing amongst the many pot plants in my patio garden. Informed the bees there are many more nectar filled flowers opening soon e.g passion flowers and sanguineum for them to come back and revisit
Neighbours cats – Tuxedo Princess and Tabby Princess.
3. What are you grateful for this week
The daylight hours are getting longer and with it more sunlight that improves my overall health
Grateful to any animal that crosses my path and willing to communicate with me.

Always be in the present, Be aware of the various species in your surroundings

1. Meditation: I’ve been doing the Heart Wisdom meditation daily and often I find I’m doing the personal part, breathing and golden ball of love, more frequently. I’m learning… It isn’t natural to me yet… learning to drop into my heart
2. Animal Communication: Ok, I have to spend more time working with animals with parents. Talking to wild animals or pet store animals does not give me feedback to confirm my communication. I feel like I’m listening but how do I really know without the feedback.
3. Gratitude: I’m grateful for the Saturday morning masterclass. I get so much out of the lessons. I’m especially grateful for Val and the example she sets for us. Her thoughtfulness, kindness and grace in demonstrating what questions to ask and how to ask them inspires me.
4. Questions/Discoveries: Discovery, My note taking needs improving. I hear what is being said and I’ve been trusting it. OR, as I note what I’ve heard or know will more surface, or will I make up more. Also I see now how important it is to set an intention. It is like driving a car with a destination in mind rather than wandering around.
5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) OR Animal Teacher Handout: I did attempt to communicate with Estella. I can’t remember where I was in the communication, I should have taken better notes, when my little Bouffie started to behave oddly. I thought it was because she didn’t want me to talk to Estella, or that there was a bad connection between Estells and myself or with Bouffie. At that I excused myself from the communication to take care of Bouffie. It turned out ok, she calmed down a little while later. Thank you, Val.
6. Intuition Development: I have been working with colors. Feeling the energy of colors. Another practice is feeling the energy of trees. Noticing how different trees energy feel. I have also been talking to them and noticing their auras. -

Platinum Member1. Meditation: I’ve done the Heart Wisdom Healing Meditation, the Heart Wisdom Love Meditation, and several meditations from the app on my phone—this week the focus in the app is on our connection with animals!
2. Animal Communication: I spoke with Lucy, our newest cat. My husband found her in the barn being hissed at by our three barn cats. After taking her to the vet, he brought her into the house because she seemed ill-equipped for life outside. She’s really young and wants to be held all the time; we think she was dropped off here. When I talked with her, she told me she’d had a family, but that we’re her family now.
3. Gratitude: I’m grateful that the semester’s over and I get a week or two to do nothing before my book comes back from the editor.
4. Questions/Discoveries: With Lucy, she didn’t seem to want to talk about where she was before or how she got here. Was that because I didn’t ask the right questions/the right way or do animals just tend to focus on the here and now?
5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT): Not yet. Rose kept barking during the call and I couldn’t concentrate. I will again this week.
6. Intuition Development: I’m trying the Lean in and Feel Your Food exercise. So far, it’s not with much success, but I’m going to keep going.

Platinum Member1. Stilling my mind, detaching, general meditation at dawn and dusk outdoors.
2.A poisonous spider, a brown recluse. They like damp dark places. I spoke to it and it let me catch it and put it outside. It had dropped down to me so I would know it was there and not harm it.
3.I’m grateful for my family, Finding time to pack, Layla’s cuddles, Val, Jade and my fellow students.
4. I get visits at face level from a spider I rescued from the sink. It comes to say hello and then leaves back up the thread.
5. No, I tried but not sure if I received anything.
6. guessing time, listening to the wind and the direction it is blowing.

I connected with Michelle’s Le Beau, which gave me great practice in communicating with a dog that did not want to talk about the subject Michelle wanted confirmation on.
I also connected in with Estelle during the Q&A call.
3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
– Getting through my heavy to-do list and having a bit of free time this week.
– My cold is finally shifting and I’m feeling better.
– Getting good feedback at school for a practice run of a wellbeing talk I’ve been asked to deliver at a conference.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

Why do we always doubt ourselves when it comes to hearing our own pets?
Le Beau was a great example of how we should trust ourselves and what we are hearing more.
