ATH conversation with Martha B’s Hawkeye

We are glad you are interested in practicing talking together with an animal!

To get started, greet the animal and ask if they have time to talk with you. Remember that animals also lead busy lives even though we may not see all that they do. If they aren’t available, check back later.

Introduce yourself and explain why you are reaching out to them: that you are a member of the Animal Talk Coaching & Mastery Club and learning to better communicate with animals and would appreciate their help. Hello @martha-breeding,
I’ve been trying to talk to as much of the ATH animals as I can to feel different energy but I somehow felt being pulled to Hawkeye who I’ve already communicated with before.

His energy feels so much softer than he did before. And I feel that he is getting along with Serenity (or so he thinks, I haven’t talked with Serenity to confirm, though) much better than this summer when I last talked with him. He accounts this improvements to your sticking with the AC. The energy of 3 of you feel much more in sync and ease than it did before.

That said, he is showing me he is sort of jumping up in surprise (like the rounded back jump that cats do when something spooks them below their feet) and he is playing that back like a broken record. I sensed that this is a sort of metaphor where he is stuck with some past experience that he is not sure about. While I didn’t know what it is, I asked him if he is curious to see what it is and he was game. Like taking a little child being afraid of a monster in the closet, I went to whatever this is with Hawkeye so he can see what it is. He was a bit shy at first but he is now looking at it curiously, not with fear. Even showed me laying down with whatever it is.

I’d be interested to find out if he is much more curious about something that used to scare him or startle him easily and no longer avoiding it?

Hello Chigusa! Thank you for connecting with Hawkeye. I, too, am trying to connect with all the animals in the club 🙂

As for Hawkeye and Serenity doing better together, they are 🙂 They’re actually both on the same couch right now and it’s not unusual for them to be on the same couch. I’d say we’re all three more in harmony. I imagine this is partly due to the animal communication club and some other things as well.

That’s interesting what you were saying about the image you received of Hawkeye in that arched back position and seeming stuck about something. Thank you for going with him to check it out. I’m not sure what it could be unless it has something to do with the vacuum cleaner and hiding, but I’m not sure if he’s different with that since he’s hidden sooner sometimes and later sometimes. I’m curious as to what it is that he’s stuck on. Maybe you can ask him some more about that?? Also, if anything else comes to mind about that I’ll let you know.

Thank you for a quick response. I did indeed think about the vacuum cleaner because I know I picked up on that last time we talked, but it felt like assumption so I dismissed it…

So I asked Hawkeye what he feels about vacuum cleaner. I sensed that he is not fully understanding what it is. It appears that he understand this machine sucks up some stuff, but he is not sure where they go?? He is a bit worried that he will be sucked into it and get “vanished” just like the stuff that he sees in the room disappear. He showed me a little mouse toy being sucked into it and was gone. Not sure if he meant it literally or he was using a metaphor so I can understand it.

I decided to explain to him what it is but I was baffled by the fact I couldn’t explain where those dusts will end up being. The trash and environmental issue like plastic is a bit of a personal challenge I’m trying to figure out right now (how to be more environmental friendly myself, but has to be sustainable and repeatable). So I decided that I am not able to honestly answer this question so I decided to instead explain the fact Hawkeye is way too big to be sucked into this machine.

I explained to him that it is like a little box that he cannot fit in. The hole is too small for him to fit in. So there is nothing for him to worry about that he will get “vanished.” I don’t think he buys it so it’d be nice if you could show him (without the machine on, or maybe just show the nozzle) the size of the nozzle to make the point and see if it helps? BTW, I was showing him the round part of the opening when I picturized the size.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Thank you for explaining to Hawkeye that he cannot be sucked into the vacuum cleaner. I didn’t know that that is what bothers him about it. That’s interesting. I wonder if that’s the reason why Serenity doesn’t like the vacuum cleaner either.
I’ll try to explain to Hawkeye that he cannot be vacuumed up by the vacuum cleaner.
Also, I noticed recently (yesterday evening maybe) that Hawkeye was hanging out closer to me when I was using my hair dryer to dry my hair than he had in the past. I wonder if he was telling you something about the hair dryer when you first connected with him. What do you think?

This is the first time I’ve tried connecting with animals in the group. I was scrolling through the list and immediately felt drawn to Hawkeye. He does remind me a lot of my Doug, who is in spirit. I got the impression that Hawkeye likes to observe what is around, taking in all the information and processing, not necessarily reacting.

Wednesday 2/17/19: I see Hawkeye making cute sudden little movements and then being otherwise calm, almost in a “scary” way like he might come over and playfully nip me. He says he is teacher of other kitties but this is a new role. He feels well adjusted and not anxious. “I’m so happy with Martha. I’ve always been happy. I will always be happy.”

Hi Angela! In regards to the sudden movements, Hawkeye sometimes make sudden movements when playing. Sometimes he also makes sudden movements when he runs around all of a sudden. He doesn’t really playfully nip. The only kitty he’s around is Serenity. Perhaps he has a role of teaching her. I’m happy he feels well adjusted and not anxious 🙂 I’m happy, too, about what he said. Hello Martha. I connected with Hawkeye a few different times. From 4/18: I get that Hawkeye is a super confident cat and that he is not really shy even though he may hide like cats do. he is outgoing and may annoy Serenity, but is a pretty cool and calm kitty with no anxiety and no anger. I see him put his paw on a window, near a plant, and see an image of him accidentally knocking over a plant. I see some sort of toy (purple, black, white stripes) that he chases around. I hear that he likes all food. I get that he likes to be low or behind things, unless up on the window sill. He says he fells content and loved and safe. He says he would like to go outside. From 4/19 morning: I heard “Linda Ronstadt” and “Stevie Nicks” and “Charlie’s Angels.” Okay then, hmmm. I asked Hawkeye what he is doing today and he says “Sitting by window, feeling a little annoyed because of a bird I can’t get to.” He says he enjoyed some dry food this morning. He says he played with socks this morning and I wondered if this included his own feet! He says he woke you up this morning and then swatted some bugs. He says he felt the moonlight during the nighttime. He says he heard songs outside during the night. He says he played on the bathroom counter too. I asked what his mission was today. He says to be fed, to fight the monsters, and to chase beads around that had fallen to the floor. I asked about monsters. He says they are in his imagination and that it’s fun! He says that sometimes Serenity is bossy and that he just scratches back, but that they get along okay. “I like Serenity.” “Sometimes she tries to eat first and dominate.” “I compete.” He says that they have separate bowls of food … dry food with a little bit of wet/chunky food on top. “She tried to get the top of both our bowls.” “serenity guards food more than I do.” “but i still eat no problem; sometimes bowls spread apart.” He tells me he feels great. I asked if there was anything he’d change. He says outside time and more plants. He says there are plants inside too, like big leafy ones and small flowers that he loves. He then takes me to bedroom and shows me that he likes to cozy up with blankets on the bed. He says Serenity is there sometimes too and that she is usually at edge and down below at bottom of bed guarding like a gatekeeper. He says they play fight from these spots.

Yes, Hawkeye is a super confident cat. I think if I had visitors over, he would get used to it and probably wouldn’t be shy.
He hides if someone comes over (usually it’s just apartment related stuff).

I see him put his paw on a window, near a plant, and see an image of him accidentally knocking over a plant. It’s possible he puts his paw on the balcony door where there is a pot with palm plants in it on the opposite side of the door. There is also an orchid plant on the table that he certainly could easily knock off accidentally.

I see some sort of toy (purple, black, white stripes) that he chases around. He has black mice he chases and plays with. Off the top of my head, there is a toy that has a little purple in it that is a kitty kicker that he kicks with his legs. I’m not sure off the top of my head of white stripes on toys. Maybe there is one that isn’t coming to mind at the moment.
I hear that he likes all food. I think there was some food he didn’t like a while back, but I think he’d probably like most food.
I get that he likes to be low or behind things, unless up on the window sill. He likes to be on the window sill. Sometimes he’ll get behind the couch and he’s gotten behind the futon before. He also sometimes is on the floor. He typically likes to be near me on the couch.

He says he would like to go outside. He does go out on the balcony sometimes. If they’d be interested in moving I’d love to move to a place with a good, safe, healthy yard for them 🙂

He says he played with socks this morning and I wondered if this included his own feet! I don’t think he was playing with my socks, but he certainly could have been playing with his feet-he has socks in the front! He might have been referring to him playing with his front paws.
He says he woke you up this morning and then swatted some bugs. I don’t know if he swatted bugs or not, but I’m almost certain he woke me up that morning since he’s been waking me up almost every morning lately.

He says he felt the moonlight during the nighttime. I suppose maybe he felt the moonlight during the night time if he was on the window sill or if I had the balcony door open.
He says he heard songs outside during the night. Birds have chirped at night and I have also heard birds that make another kind of sound at night. He might have been referring to the sounds the birds make. He also could have heard music that someone played at night, but I don’t recall for sure if anyone played music at night. People have though.
He says he played on the bathroom counter too. Sometimes he gets on the bathroom counter, yes,.
I asked what his mission was today. He says to be fed, to fight the monsters, and to chase beads around that had fallen to the floor. The beads he referred to could have been pieces of styrofoam packaging that got on the floor from a package I received. He’s played with them before. As for being fed being part of his mission for that day, that wouldn’t surprise me at all. He loves to eat!!!!
I asked about monsters. He says they are in his imagination and that it’s fun! I love it that he has fun chasing monsters in his imagination! That’s adorable! Funny guy!

He says that sometimes Serenity is bossy and that he just scratches back, but that they get along okay. He annoys her at times. She doesn’t scratch back though. She has swatted though at times. She hisses when he does something she doesn’t like.

“I compete.” Sometimes when she hisses he doesn’t get down from the couch. Other times when she swatted if I remember right he backed off from whatever he did that she didn’t like.
He says that they have separate bowls of food … dry food with a little bit of wet/chunky food on top. They have separate bowls of raw freeze dried food that I crumble up and add water to. The wet is from the water and the chunky is probably because the food is crumbled up.

Serenity doesn’t guard the food. They don’t eat next to each other these days. In the past though I think they did if I remember right.

I asked if there was anything he’d change. He says outside time and more plants. This is good to know. I can certianly open the balcony door more often. If we move with a good, safe, healthy yard for them he can go out more, too, if he wants. If I ever have a bigger place, I can get more plants if he’d like.

He says there are plants inside too, like big leafy ones and small flowers that he loves. There are palm plants on the balcony and an orchid plant that has lots of flowers right now inside.
He then takes me to bedroom and shows me that he likes to cozy up with blankets on the bed. There are blankets on the bed. He doesn’t spend much time on the bed, but when he does he enjoys it. He likes to knead blankets.

He says Serenity is there sometimes too and that she is usually at edge and down below at bottom of bed guarding like a gatekeeper. He says they play fight from these spots. They don’t play fight for the bed (or not much anyway) because I’m not in the bed much. I don’t sleep in the bed much. However, where I sleep, they do get on. Sometimes Hawkeye does something Serenity doesn’t like and she’ll hiss at him. Serenity also spends time in the bedroom in her carrier near the bed.

Hi Martha 🙂 I connected with Hawkeye on Thursday I think it was. After just looking at his picture i realize that i was not exactly picturing him correctly, as I went from memory, but still same coloring. here is what i got: I asked him about him being sick or having been sick recently. I saw or felt image of mucus down back of throat. He said he was mending but also feeling a little malaise and weakness. I felt that he was a bit ungrounded and stagnant at root and needing to clear it down towards earth. I felt and visualized sunlight and angels bringing healing. During our healing experience, I saw green energy and the angels healing out mucus. I then saw an image of a hummingbird. I got the message joy and to “aggressively” bring this. I asked if this meant Martha. He said yes. I got the message that it would be medicine for you to “go out” and have some freeflowing fun to clear and feel an emptying of heaviness that is lingering in your heart and spirit. Hawkeye felt happy about this. How is Hawkeye feeling lately?

I forgot Martha: yesterday i had a random flash of hawkeye and i saw a green stone at his heart and received messages of love and beauty. i thanked him. and said i love you.

Awwww. That’s so sweet you said, “I love you” and received messages of love and beauty. I love that!
Green is the heart chakra’s color. Does the stone have any significance? I’m not very knowledgeable with chakra things.

I believe Hawkeye is feeling better. I think he’s well. He did have sniffles and a little mucus and a booger or something of the sort. All that has cleared up 🙂 There was a day or two where he also didn’t seem like he felt good-maybe he was feeling malaise and weak. He’s not now though! In fact, he played this morning 🙂

Thank you for doing healing work on him. I am truly grateful. I love that you saw the angels healing out mucus! I’d love to see things like that and be better with healing work.

What does the hummingbird image symbolize?

I love the message you got from Hawkeye, too! What kind of freeflowing fun? I spend a lot of time at home. I also don’t “get out” for fun. Sometimes I do have a heaviness in my heart and spirit, too, maybe. Thank you for delivering the message from Hawkeye.

Hi Martha! You mentioned Hawkeye in one of your posts for Sadie so I thought I’d connect in with him this morning. I introduced myself and told him that you have been communicating with my dog Sadie and I’m so grateful for that. I saw an image of him rolling halfway on his back and doing a full body stretch as if he was waking from a rest. I asked him if he had anything he wanted to me to share with you. This is what I heard him say:
“I want to be able to go outside. I won’t go far but I’d like to smell in the bushes and watch birds and maybe lay in the sunshine. I get bored inside. I need more stimulation. There’s only so much time I can sit around and be lazy.”
I told him I very much understood where he was coming from and I would pass this information along to you. Does anything resonate?
I get the sense that he has a lot of pent up energy that he sometimes displaces on other things in the house. I also get the sense that he is confident and aware of how handsome he is :). He seems to me like he’s a lover.

Yes, I think he would very much like to be able to go outside and get stimulation-natural stimulation-see, smell, and hear animals outside, see and smell bushes, flowers, and trees, and probably roll in the dirt and feel the ground under his paws. Fairly recently I started letting him go out my front door in the hallway, but I feel like that’s not enough. It’s sad that more stimulation isn’t available. I would LOVE to make money from animal communication to be able to afford the right house with the right yard, in the right location for Serenity, Hawkeye, and me. If you can send any positive energy for that to happen, I’d be very grateful.

Less than half an hour ago I bought some new toys for them. I am hoping these will be good.

Hawkeye I think does have pent up energy. He displaces it on Serenity 🙁 I am Hoping to resolve everything involving that.

As for Hawkeye being confident-ABSOLUTELY!!! He is teaching me about confidence. I think my lack of confidence presents too much worrying and a busy mind. Even when Hawkeye is confident but messes up, he continues on. His confidence is truly beautiful.

He also knows how handsome he is, definitely 🙂

As for being a Lover, yes, he is. I think if I were better at receiving it and if I didn’t get frustrated at him when he behaves how he does towards Serenity that he’d be even more of a Lover. I am Hoping to become better at receiving his Love and not get frustrated when he doesn’t behave well towards Serenity. Another beautiful thing about Hawkeye is him being able to have fun and teaching me about that and his Forgiveness. He is beyond Forgiving.

Hi Martha,
I am new to the forum and am practicing connecting and talking with different animals. I was drawn to Hawkeye because I had a cat that looked just like him growing up. When I asked, he said he was happy to talk with me. He told me his favorite places to sleep are in the sun and on the bed. He is very interested in others and likes to watch and observe what everyone else is doing. As for toys, he says he has a ball but doesn’t play with it much. He likes to eat whatever food he is given. He has a lot of confidence in himself and is a very happy kitty! Thank you so much for sharing Hawkeye with the group. It was great connecting with him and he said he would be happy to talk again sometime.

He Loves the sun and sleeps there or relaxes there sometimes. He spends time on the bed when I sleep sometimes -maybe more than I consciously realize. I don’t know. He also spends time on the bed with me if I lie down on the bed to rest or take a nap. He likes to get attention in the early morning on the bed, too.

He sometimes watches and observes what I do. He might be be aware of what I am doing more often than I realize. I think he quite often is.
He isn’t around other people much because I am the only person in our apartment. However, sometimes he will check out from the balcony or maybe window, too, what other people are doing in a protection attempt or something of the sort I think.

He has more than one ball. He has played with his balls. It’s whenever he feels in the mood.

About food- yes! He Loves to eat. He gets his cat food, chicken, and treats at times. He Loves them all 🙂
There was one kind of food he didn’t like much, but lately he Loves All food he is given!

He has a ton of confidence!!!

Even if something doesn’t work, he tries again with pure confidence ! He is absolutely amazing in regards to confidence! I would Love to be like him in the confidence aspect of life!!!!

He is happy, yes, and if I could get myself together he would be pure happiness I believe.

I am sure he would Love to talk with you again !

Thank you for sharing Hawkeye with us, I tried to connect with him today, and asked him what his favorite things to do, I think he showed me a picture that being with you was his favorite thing, and he felt so calm and peaceful with you. I felt he was a quiet and mature boy, but sometime he was a little bit clumsy. He just like an indoor cat and always wanted to stay at home cause that made him feel safe? I’m not sure if I imagined or not. That’s all I got here, hope I can get more next time. I really enjoy talking with him. Thank you.

I am glad he likes being with me 🙂 Hawkeye Loves to be Loved and to give Love. When I am giving him Love and affection that might be peaceful and calming to him. He is in general peaceful and calm except for if something scares him, he is hungry, or gets in the mood to play. He gives me Love and affection which could be partly to make me calm and peaceful in general and when I get anxious or stressed
He can be quiet and mature. He is not quiet when he is hungry or wants to play and becomes rowdy.
He is actually rather athletic, but has at times slipped while trying to get on the counter.

I can see where being indoors does make him feel safe. I also think he might enjoy it if he had a secure and safe area to roam around outside.

Dear Martha,
I tried to connect in with Hawkeye about his paw. Here’s what I got but please hold it lightly – any feeback welcome 🙂
I got that he is male, athletic, elegant. He likes to get on all levels around the house.
He was sleeping in a sunny spot when I connected with him. He rolled over.
I asked him if I could talk to him – he said yes, as long as I didn’t come at him with my anxieties. (It’s good to have him remind me of manners!).
When I asked for something to verify, he said that sometimes he bothers Serenity by annoying her.
I couldn’t pick up anything wrong in the pay, like a splinter or anything. They all look good.
I thought he might have shown me something making him turn quickly and scratch, like a flea or a little flying thing that might bother him. It doesn’t seem to be a big problem.
I thought his stomach might be a little heavy – perhaps he had just eaten.
I asked about him jumping off the microwave. He said: The air is not static. It changes. He is sensitive to this, so this makes him move sometimes.
He lifted up his back right leg to show me. I got the impression that it wasn’t his paw that was a problem but that his back hip / knee joint was a little irritated, but nothing to worry about and it would all get better on its own.
He may have sprained his front right wrist while jumping but again, nothing that won’t sort itself out.
And then we said goodbye.

regarding the back and front paw information: my first impression was that all was fine, then I tried to look deeper in case I was missing anything – so I’m not sure if I’ve made those two things up.

I can confirm everything you said that would be confirmable! Hawkeye is male, athletic, and elegant. He likes to get on all levels in the apartment! He bothers Serenity at times – could be sometimes wanting to annoy her. He definitely bothers her at times. He likes the sun and lies in it sometimes. I am not surprised he reminded you about your anxiety since he doesn’t like when I get anxious or the like or am stuck on my phone which can be connected to anxiety. He also helps me with anxiety.
That’s interesting about the microwave. I wondered if something with temperature or perhaps water was affecting his paw.
Thank you for letting me know what you got about the paws and hip. I have read Manx cats can have hip issues affecting their bladder – thankfully there doesn’t seem to be anything going on like that.

You got great accuracy talking with him regarding what I can verify and the static part makes sense for the microwave. He licks his paws when on the bed, too – not sure if everything is okay in that regard.

I wanted to let you know that I have observed Hawkeye once or twice since you and he spoke- observed when he did the « Thumper » thing. I believe you’re right in your interpretation of what you got. Hi Martha!
I felt drawn to connect with Hawkeye. Right away I felt a laid back type personality. I picked up that he is clairsentience. I asked him if there is anything that he would like to share with me, not sure where you lives but he said that it is or was cold outside. I asked him how is he feeling? He said that he is doing good and happy. I didn’t pick up anything during the body scan. I picked up that he has a yellow/green aura. He said that he has bunch of toys and I saw a red toy look like a ball being his favorite toy. He said that he enjoys laying around and roaming around the house as well and that napping is his favorite activity. I asked him about his food and heard raw food. He loves whatever food he can get. I saw a lion when I heard that. Lol I picked up a protector role for him and heard that his job is to watch over you. He enjoys being a protector. He is fulfilling his purpose. I asked him how his relationship with Serenity. He said ehh we are okay just not super close. I feel that he likes to pick on her or annoy her I guess is the better way of describing it. He said that she is in pain and not feeling well. I asked him what’s going on with Serenity, he said that he doesn’t know. I hope that she gets to feeling better if she isn’t feeling well. His message for you was to turn the heat up and that he would like a shirt/jacket thingy for when it is cold?? His message for me is it’s time for me to start my own AC business which I am wanting to do but I’m struggling with making a website. Never done any of this before. I asked him if he had any advices on what to say/advertise on the website, he said to follow my intuition. So I am going to work on that this weekend. Fingers crossed that all goes well and it is successful.. I manifest it… Anyway, thank you so much for allowing me to connect with Hawkeye! I love that name! Such a sweetheart! Thank you for connecting with Hawkeye! You got so many things right on 100%! I want to write a more detailed reply when the moment is right.
I have things i want to also say.
About Serenity – I have lots of Connect the dots things and concerns. We visit the veterinarian tomorrow assuming I can put her in her carrier. I am Hoping that if I shift my energy and get her on good quality homemade raw food that things will shift 100% for the highest and Best Good for her. I feel many things test results wise lack of physical activity wise most if her Life is related to my energy and also food. Perhaps past vaccines and i intend to ask the vet about all natural detox if she like dr Pitcairn s méthode or has something else préférable for Serenity. I imagine there are different all natural vaccine detox es and other all natural detox es and different ones better for different animals. This vet actually trained in person with dr Pitcairn !
Perhaps you can ask Serenity if I’m on the right track, if there’s anything she would like me to tell the vet, anything she would like from me, etc?

About your website, my website team is amazing and do many things. They are ACTUALLY HONEST. Ilike them so much i have started helping them get clients. If you’re interested I can give you the name phone number and email address of the head person and website address. Let me know !

I’m not sure if I am too late but I did connected with Serenity. This is what I received from her:

She said that she isn’t feeling well and is in pain. I did the Heart Wisdom Method For Animals In Pain with her. I picked up that her whole left side of her head hurts. Stabbing pain. A 10 on the 1-10 pain scale. Started 2 days ago. She said that you can help her by taking her to the vet. She is willing to let you put her in the carrier for the vet appt. She said to put a towel in the carrier to make the experience better. Are you dealing with headaches or anything with your head or perhaps anxiety since I picked up that the head pain is yours. She is carrying the head pain for you. I also picked up issues with the throat area. Started a month ago. Throbbing pain with a 2 on the pain scale. This one is her though. I picked up a yes to shift your energy and foods. A no to the past vaccines. She said yes that you are on the right track. She wants you to tell the vet to check her head. Also she would like you to stay calm. I didn’t pick anything else up. This was my first experience to do the Heart Wisdom Method and to connect with an animal that wasn’t feeling well and in pain. I hope that this helps and sending lots of love and healing energies to both of you.

Wow!! That is why I was led to you and Hawkeye. I literally got the message during my daily reading that it was a good time to start my business, to get involved in a team project, and that I was going to receive assistance from a woman. Thank you so much for connecting with Serenity and finding out about her pain and causes.
I feel horrible my anxiety and busy thinking and other negative émotions cause her pain. She seems to be in pain of some sort.
Is this something that will go away?
I am wondering about the throat part you mentioned. I wonder if it’s thyroid or throat Chakra.
I am so worried about her and feel awful. She’s not even 10 1/2. Is she ready to transition?

I feel that it may be to do with the thyroid. I asked her if she was ready to transition and immediately got a hell no from her. She said that it’s okay mom. I’m here to show you that you are needing to shift your energy. We all battles with those negative emotions. It’s okay to have them emotions just don’t dwell in them for a long time. Process them then release them. You can do it mom! You are a strong soul! I love you mom! That’s all I picked up from her. Sending lots of love, hugs, and healing energy to you and Serenity!
